The price you get at booking is the price on your final bill. If a room takes longer than we planned, that's on us, not you. Nothing added after the fact, no surprise line items, no exceptions.

What paint do you use?

We use premium interior paint on every project. It's included in your price, no upgrade needed.

When do I pick my paint colour?

Right after you book. We'll text and email you a link to pick your colours online, room by room, no phone call needed. Deep or bold colours carry a small additional charge, shown clearly before you confirm. Not sure what to pick? Text us and we'll talk it through.

What's the difference between trim and doors?

Trim covers baseboards and window or door casing. Doors means the door slabs themselves. They're priced separately, so you can add either one on its own or both together.

What counts as wall damage?

Small nail holes and light scuffs are normal, we fill and sand those on every job at no charge. Dents, gouges, or hairline cracks take real patching time, so those rooms carry a flat $69 prep charge. Bigger damage like water stains, smoke damage, peeling paint, or holes larger than a coin is repair work, and that needs a look first. Is there a minimum job size?

Yes, $450. Sending a crew out with paint, drop cloths, and gear costs nearly the same whether they paint one wall or three rooms, so tiny jobs get topped up to the minimum. The quote shows this as its own line before you book, and adding a room or an add-on shrinks it.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancel or reschedule any time up to 48 hours before your confirmed date, at no cost. We take no payment and hold no card at booking, so there's nothing to refund.

Do I need to move furniture?

No heavy lifting needed. We shift furniture to the middle of the room and cover it before we open a single can. You handle the small stuff: photos and art off the walls, and anything fragile or valuable somewhere safe.

How do I pay?

When the project is complete, we text and email you a secure payment link for the quoted total. Pay by card or e-Transfer, within 7 days. No card is collected before the work is done.
